Practicing mindfulness, meditation and presence does not rid our lives of troubles, sorrows or obstacles - instead if offers us tools to cope, grow, overcome and rise amidst all that life throws at us. The practice teaches us how to be happy. Life's challenges are not happening TO you, they are happening FOR you.
